Donna Schwontkowski (“Dr. Donna”) is a retired chiropractic physician with a master’s and bachelor’s degree in nutrition. She has also been the editor of a California health and fitness magazine, a tv show host and producer of a health show for four years, and a successful freelance writer and editor.
Her interest in this topic began in the 1970s when the idea that you could communicate with babies in the womb was introduced to the public. Years later while pregnant, Dr. Donna realized firsthand that this type of communication was real. Her baby girl “talked” on many occasions. However at that time, very few women “talked” to their baby while pregnant. As a result, she quickly saw it was a topic that was taboo to speak about.

In the last year, Dr. Donna became familiar with the work of pioneers in this field. Their work was unleashing the potential in babies. That’s when she realized it was time for this idea to become more understood in society and compiled the women’s stories.
Her first two books on the topic are now available. The Womb Diaries is a collection of the women’s stories about their special mommy-baby communication. The second book is a journal for women to write about their own communication with their babies during pregnancy. This type of journal has never been written before.
Dr. Donna is the author of numerous books and has been a published author and ghostwriter since 1994.
